Terms

A deposit of 25% of the purchase price is due at the time of order.  People from outside the United States should make all payments in US dollars using either a bank draft , electronic wire transfer, or Pay Pal ©.

Prices are subject to change without notice, and the balance based on the price at the time of delivery will be requested before completion of the instrument.  Airmail postage, insurance, and handling charges will be included in the bill.  If an order is cancelled after work has begun, the full deposit will be returned, but not until the completion and sale of the instrument at full price.

An instrument may be returned undamaged within 10 days of receipt, and a full refund (less postage, insurance, and handling) will be made.
